La habitación que nos dieron "Cuetzalan" está amplia y cómoda. A favor: Limpia, amplia, segura, acogedora, tina de baño, equipada. Los tours que ofrecen están a buen precio. Opurtunidades: El agua caliente se acaba. Éramos tres personas, la primera tenía agua caliente, el resto nos bañábamos con agua tibia. No pudimos usar la bañera porque el agua caliente se termina. Tomando esto en cuenta, me parece que el precio es alto relacionado con lo que se obtiene.
Excelente servicio!! Como si estuvieras en casa!! Los jóvenes Manuel y Emiliano de 10 !! La ubicación muy cerca del centro!! Tiene alberca y estacionamiento!!
Antonio, the owner, is the heart of this hotel! He has always taken very good care of our well-being and stood by us with any question or recommendations we asked. Each room has its own theme. We slept in the "cave". The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and great lighting. The shower was exceptional, with rain and massage features. The towels and blankets were changed daily, even when we asked not to. Too bad, because in the room hangs a request to conserve resources. The rooftop bar offers a terrific view and invites you to have a small snack, dinner or breakfast. For the later, Antonio offered us juice and coffee for free, food we could prepare ourselves. The only big drawback: the internet is very poor. Even navigation apps did not load, let alone websites. An update would be necessary here, other places offered us quite normal working WLAN. The price per night varies greatly. With a special offer, our room cost about $850 per night.
